A friend and I visited a town say an hour away from the city to check out a newly opened subdivision to inquire about the possibility of applying for a home mortgage through the government’s housing loan which is like payable in 25 to 30 years. The place looks really nice and the lot area is big too which makes it really tempting. There are several units still available for potential buyers, my friend already got one and am thinking of doing the same the only problem is the travel time … either I get a ride of my own or I find a boyfriend with wheels.
