All In A Day’s Work (The Bitch In Me Ranting)

 

I’m working as an agent (customer service representative) for a tycoon in the software industry for almost a year now….my first job. Can’t say I dont like it (I love the pay) but the customers, we’ll they’re not a very nice lot mind you. Some of them or maybe I should say most are one hell of a racist…” dont want to talk to a monkey like you” well I dont want to talk to you too you ass hole! Halllerrrr….as if I enjoyed talking to him!! Its such a drag especially if you’re talking to bitches and jerks who act as if they knew an ounce about what they’re doing…grrrrr….. jerks who are not qualified to own a computer…when you install windows xp or windows vista your computer must meet with the system requirements otherwise it wont work…how I wish its possible to have system requirements for computer owners…(duh!!)

“How come you dont have support for windows 3.1?! You create a product and you dont stand by it?” Halllerrr….do you understand what the word “obsolete” is? grow with the time dude….

“After these updates were installed I keep getting this adult related pop-up windows, it was not there before your goddamn updates automatically placed themselves on my pc…” yeah right tell that to your dogs dude…

“Why the hell can’t I install my vista on my laptop? I only have it installed on my desktop, you sell out products that are very expensive and they’re not functioning properly and now YOU’RE telling me that I have to pay to get it fix?! ARE YOU OUT OF YOU’RE BLOODY MIND?! GET ME YOUR SUPERVISOR!!!!” – uhmmm….ma’am if only you read the licensing agreement for your software when you installed it you would have known that you can only install your software on one pc…

“I’m having problems with my win xp pro blaah blaah am using this and that in installing it on my blaah blaah hard drive”. – sir installation of win xp on a blaah blaah machine is not supported here. “What?! blaah blaah said they do not support it and now you’re saying you dont support it either?! Why’d you keep on pointing fingers at each other?!! Get me your supervisor!!!! – hallerrr…who in the first place told you to install that on your blaah blaah machine?

~ All in a days work, should have noted them all down, occupy several pages I guess. Its not all bad everyday, quite the contrary I do get customers who are really nice…makes my day bright to get calls like that…but then life’s not perfect ~

On The Floor

I’ve been going through big adjustments on the floor right now, my old team has dispersed as our tl has been promoted and is now a team lead of the next level of customer support. too bad, some of my team mates though are with him since they have good stats of the last year.

Anyways am with a new team lead right now and he used to be the trainor for PST, my wave was with him during training. Now that he’s a team lead, he seems okay but am not yet that comfortable with him, dunno why. I’m a lil bit scared coz he’s so different from my old team lead, he doesnt allow his agents to go on vgh w/o his permission. With my old team you can go vgh anytime an offer is available, you dont need to ask permission. Plus in qc, you have to speak english all the time and they’re so formal in the chatroom, unlike my team’s previous chatroom, it’s one hell of a mess

You can say the old team was a full of people who are green minded and carefree, plus the team leads a crazy fella as well. Hahahah, good memories are all I have for this team. Pictures from all our outings and escapades.

With the new team am gonna stay as silent as I can possibly be, making me self invisible if possible
