So the trend these days is to stay slim and fit the healthy way but I wonder just how many are doing it the right way. Josh has been going religiously to the gym for the past month or so now in desperate hopes of forming his body. Waaaaaaa he said he must have a well built body to match his “handsome” face. Arrghh!!! I find him so conceited at times and seeing my reaction he laughed to hard I thought he’d burst. Grrrr … he seems to know which buttons to push to piss me off and being this conceited is one of them. The ab workouts instructed to him by his personal trainer has seemed to be paying of, this did good to his form but not to his already inflated ego.

Dark circles under my eyes have bothered me since high school but I didn’t really pay much attention to them. They were at first just faint shadows caused most probably severe lack of sleep and now they seem to have gotten rather prominent and is now causing me and several friends to worry. Especially since using concealers is not my thing, I hate makeup and I really don’t know how to use them, so a friend suggested I use eye creams and she recommended a specific brand, prevera. Growing up Lizzie hasn’t had it easy, I mean her puberty years were mainly marked by severe acnes causing her to withdraw during her high school years. Cigarette smoking is something some of the people I know do and I don’t understand why they do it. I mean it’s an additional expense plus it could damage your health in the long run however they do it nonetheless so I guess whateber makes them happy. What came to my attention was when someone at work introduced what he called an electric cigarettes as replacement of the regular cigarettes that way he said it would be much cheaper. I’ve worn my hair long since I was a little girl, it has always been longer than shoulder length all the way across the waist. I’ve been having dark circles under my eyes since high school because I sleep really late and no matter what I do they remain there now after doing a bit of research online and found that hydrolyze as an ingredient in beauty creams are effective in removing dark circles under the eyes. It has been proven to work for several people and it’s quite cheap too has been recommended by several dermatologists though it wouldn’t work everybody but just give it a try … I know I will hopefully it’d work for me. When I had a major skin allergy last year several people thought I had some sort of skin dermatitis and suggested I get some eczema treatment from specialist to cure it. I went to see an allergologist who did a pretty awesome job in curing it no scars whatsoever. Having ultra sensitive skin makes me very weary in choosing skin products specially facial products, I don’t wanna end up having to visit the allergologist and the dermatologist and pay twice as much as I paid for the wrong facial products.
