Gym Body

Josh has been going religiously to the gym for the past month or so now in desperate hopes of forming his body. Waaaaaaa he said he must have a well built body to match his “handsome” face. Arrghh!!! I find him so conceited at times and seeing my reaction he laughed to hard I thought he’d burst. Grrrr … he seems to know which buttons to push to piss me off and being this conceited is one of them. The ab workouts instructed to him by his personal trainer has seemed to be paying of, this did good to his form but not to his already inflated ego.

Floor mats

I don’t think he is what you would call vain but he does have this tendency to match things up and is obsessive compulsive when it comes to things he like such as his car. Yep his wheels is like his pride and most priced possession that its on the priority list. I mean most of what he earns goes to that baby and he has no qualms spending this and that for it … *sigh* men and their toys! I don’t really understand his fascination but I listen to him rant and rave about it nonetheless after all it seems like am the only who has the patience to put up with him … other than the boys of course. As of late he has asked me to help him decide on the several floor mats he had set his eyes on, which is hilarious for me actually as I have no clue as to how to decide which ones to go for. As if I have any clue on car parts and accessories, I keep telling him he’s asking the wrong person but he remained stubbornly adamant about it and insisted that female instinct on beauty and style is superior compared to male instincts lol.

So after unzipping the attachment he sent, I was presented with over 30 different types of mats of choose from I think my head is going on a spin. Wait isn’t this one similar to the other one I just saw …. waaaaaaa.

The Best of the Best

There have been several claims as to being the best acne treatments over the years and every time a pharmaceutical company comes up with something new the advertising is so hyped up people would then begin to calling it the best. How true or how effective they are is still a matter of debate and we could only rely from those real end customer who have already tried them. So when you see something labeled being the best, be on the lookout.

Air Filters

Like every electronic gadget created in the modern world using them 24×7 puts a strain on them eventually. Take for instance an air conditioner, if you get that working none stop it’ll complain and stop working in the long run. Things that run on electricity heat up after continual long use so it is advisable to get something that will work on the heat. With computer especially with notebook computers they manufacturers have designed laptop coolers to use everytime your laptop is turned on. In my case this is a necessity as my laptop is almost always working 24×7; it serves as my music player that would lull me to sleep.

So when a friend mentioned something about cars, over heating, air intake systems, filters and what not I readily assumed that she must be having car problems. True to my hunch she did have car troubles and it’s sitting in a shop somewhere. She was mumbling about a whole lot of stuff about the things that she should have bought prior to using her car at such a rate. *sigh* Now she’s facing a rather heavy repair fee not to mention the list of parts she must buy for replacement. Didn’t I say wheels are a liability?

1TB HDD

[Western Digital 320 GB]

I love movies and anime so I had originally a 1TB HDD which was full by the time it decided to stop working. I was devastated waaaaa … imagine all the anime I lost because of that! Hhuhuh but I somehow managed to get them all back and safely tucked on another 1TB which by now is already full. Hehehe so just yesterday I bought another 1 TB HDD from Western Digital [all 3 of my hard drives are of the same brand] so at the moment I have 2 1TB HDD [WD Elements and WD My Book] and a 320 GB WD Elements. Weeeeeeeee … I’ll prolly get a 2 TB by June … don’t know what the brand will be.

I don’t own any of the images above but all of the hard drives I have look exactly like the ones above, they’re all in black though I did notice that for teh 320 GB there’s a pink which unfortunately is not available here in the country. *sigh* I would have loved a pink hard drive.

Online Printing

With Missy’s wedding plans set into motion, she has delegated certain tasks to her close circle of friends. Mai Mai and I are in charge of printing the wedding invitations; Grace and Eve are working on the flowers and so on and so forth. Mai Mai came up with the design for the wedding invitation just a couple of days back and we have showed it to Missy for approval. Both bride and groom to be liked it very much and now we are just looking for a cheap online printing service to reproduce it for us, there are prolly about 145 guests so she asked us to print at least 150 copies. So far we are still scouting for as to where to get them reproduced.

Go for Naturals

Having a persnickety friend helps a lot when it comes to learning new things, from her I have quite grown a fascination for things naturally made. She has this obsession with using only naturally made beauty products that when her sister started showing signs of developing acnes at a ripe age of 14 she made a thorough research on natural acne products available with proven results. She doesn’t want to compromise the skin of her beloved sister, the products to be used must be well tested with proven results.

Dark Circles

Dark circles under my eyes have bothered me since high school but I didn’t really pay much attention to them. They were at first just faint shadows caused most probably severe lack of sleep and now they seem to have gotten rather prominent and is now causing me and several friends to worry. Especially since using concealers is not my thing, I hate makeup and I really don’t know how to use them, so a friend suggested I use eye creams and she recommended a specific brand, prevera. I am not positive if such a cream is available here but it’s a worth a try looking.

Acne Treatment

Growing up Lizzie hasn’t had it easy, I mean her puberty years were mainly marked by severe acnes causing her to withdraw during her high school years. However they did disappear when she turned 18 and had a smooth transition from the very awkward and shy teenager to a easy going and confident young woman. The disappearance of her acne of course took a lot of research on various acne treatment review online as well as several consultation on dermatologists.

Insurance

Ever since Evie started working full time as a freelance web designer managing her own time and working at the comforts of her home she has been on the look out for several insurance and hmo plans, we were to compare life insurance plans with her to help her decide which one to go for. Personally I have no idea what would be our basis for comparison but I have recently made contact with Jen, a friend of mine from college whose now working on insurance policies to help us out.

Supplementary Foods for the Body

One of the food supplements a friend of mine is marketing through her networking sideline is said to be perfect for the well being of your liver and also acts as a colon cleansing made of herbal components making it suitable for anyone. Though like all herbal products it doesn’t have approved therapeutic claims but it has been approved by the Bureau of Food and Drugs making it safe for intake. I am planning to buy one myself and test it out.
