As one of the company’s human resource personnel Lexi’s job is to make sure the employee screening process is a success. Tough job I should say especially since in her line of work she’s got a quota as to the number of hires she must accomplish in a weekly basis. Quality over quantity has been her motto but sometimes several applicants don’t really match the qualifications needed by the company so there are weeks when she misses her quota.
