Was checking on an online store when I run into their FAQ section mentioning about an order fulfillment center for international customers like me to contact should I have issues with the items I order. Sure enough I did have a few concerns one of them being the fact they offer combined shipping yet I am for shipping separately on each item. *sigh* I’ve sent them an email already and am hoping they’d respond sooner.
I totally understand this; I do a lot of online purchases and sometimes the customer service is good and sometimes I wish I could talk to someone face to face. Good luck I hope you get your situation worked out.
