There was this movie where in the family was living in a trailer van and I thought how cool that’d be if such a setup existed here it might be cheaper coz you don’t have to pay for monthly rent and what not. Then I realized that like every other type of vehicle there is also what is called a motorhome insurance which every trailer home owners must have. Then I guess that’s another form of rent???

I get your point but in my opinion having insurance is not the same as renting a house. Maybe the money that you’ll spend but the benefits you’ll get are much higher than just you rent a house.
