My Laag Partner
Used to be Wafa was my laag partner but due to work and other factors, laag together seemed to be a thing of the past … hopefully someday we’ll be able to go somewhere somehow. Now the image below is of moi and a good friend who is also a certified laagan. We went to Bantayan on a whim, got lost in the process but ended up there just the same.
Now I asked him once if he wanted to go to HongKong and we got this planned last July of 2008 but due to conflict in scheds (planning is hard when the person you’re planning things with is one plane ride away from where you are) that was cancelled. Just a couple of days back he texted asking if I still wanna go, and of course I want to go … after a few exchange of text messages, next think I knew … my name was booked for a flight … route is Manila-Hong Kong-Macau-Manila.
