With coming of the snow season one of the primary concern of my friend living in the States is getting himself a brand new set of tire chains for his vios. Whew!!! the maintenance of a car definitely takes up a lot on the pocket and this one is putting a hole on his budget. But then again its for protection so … here goes cold cash.
