Remembered how I use to day dream of hockey and the mighty ducks after seeing the movie, Mighty Ducks, back then during our lunch time my classmates and I who remained in the classroom would all line up the chairs to one side leave the center of the room free and spacious then we’d use the teacher’s table we’d turn it over on a make shift net and we’d use the coconut husks as our hockey skates, then for our make shift hockey sticks we’d use the broomsticks. Looking back at it now … I dunno what triggered this sudden trip down memory lane but as I type this down there’s a huge smile plastered on my face and in between pauses my mind keeps on wandering back those early years when I was 10, very imaginative, super silly and naive and just plain loco.
Now I can no longer wait for my RD to scour the malls for the Mighty Ducks dvd … and that Ninja Kid movie I so love .. Rocky loves Emily … isn’t that line familiar?
