Today though; silver is one of the most industrially sought after metals because its properties make it suitable for different industrial use such in electrical contacts and as a conductor. It is even used in making mirrors and as a catalyst in chemical reactions. Because it contains a special antibacterial property, hospitals have found a good use for it in preventing infections for burning wounds.
