I have been thinking of buying a house or get one built. Which one is cheaper? I’m not really sure yet but I know both will cost me money and I better start checking out mortgage lenders anytime soon. I don’t know much about realty and houses but I sure know that a good home is worth every penny I invest into it.

While we’re dabbling in the area of My Restless Feet » Blog Archive » House Mortgage, If the company can’t tell you their success rate, this is an immediate red flag and you should RUN, not walk the other way! Ask yourself: if you were in a service business like this, would you take the time to know how many loan modifications you had taken on, and how many had been approved?
