My Restless Feet

If you mostly spend time playing all sorts of games on your pc then your like someone I know. This has gotten me all curious somehow so I decided to take the plunge as well and off I went to download games for myself. It took me by surprise that there is a seemingly endless variety to choose from. You can go from all girly-flirty to macho, whatever your preference is. I personally like the tycoon games so that is what I got. And if you have a mac then you can never wrong with the mac games available, simply choose from the wide array of downloads.

Because I have not slept for two days, I didn’t exactly welcome the prospect of going to work tonight. I mean, c’mon..It’s from 9pm-6am, I don’t like my lunch-break-break schedule, my head feels like it’s filled with water, I can only name a few people that I actually like seeing at work, even pantry food is not worth looking forward to (not that it ever was). So you see, I have reasons and I could go on and on about it tonight.

Newbies are pouring in so fast that the tenured ones (whatever’s left of them) age by the minute. I posted sometime ago that I now care more for people and I do mean it. When you care, you ask questions. By way of reasoning, these newbies are also people, I care for people so I care for newbies. I now really see them (well at least I’m trying to) unlike before when they were random faces that my eyes happened upon. They’re eveywhere now like mushrooms and most of them are obnoxious. Why do they talk so loud that? Is it to draw attention like yelling, “look at me look at me I’m new!” Shouldn’t they just be sitting nice and quite untill they’re tenured enough to be loud and annoying?

Well I secured a doctor’s form from the clinic to have me sent home and I got a prescription as well so I can sleep like a baby. Charge it to half day Sick Leave because Im sick..sick and tired. I envy dada’s zeal and dedication for what he does and he is really good at it. He is on the list of the maximizers for last month and I can’t be any prouder! When he asked what happened to my passion for work, I told him passion can only help so far and mine has never left. Before dada left for work, we both agreed that I need to take some time off from work so I can unwind, focus and process everything.

Alright so I didn’t sleep the whole night because I watched the complete season of Prison Break. Wentworth is so perfect! I bet he would still look cute picking his nose hehehe It’s creatures like him that gets me awestruck at how magnificent God is. Thank you Lord for all the beautiful people you made!!

Moving right on, I remembered team Annemalia’s Christmas party is later at 4pm and I still have not purchased a gift for Micky Mouse (whoever he is) his wishlist includes backpack, necklace and this cologne that has a weird name. Still without sleep, I quickly showered and made my way to the great outdoors.

It’s such a pity I have to hunt for Mickey and not for myself coz oh boy, I sure have a long list for myself hehehe I finally decided to get Mickey a cute necklace. It’s really cute, I mean I would have loved it on my neck. Sigh, all for the holiday season I suppose.

The type of lifestyle we live these days often leave us feeling like a rundown battery at the end of the day.
