My Egress
My egress … am writing this at work with my headsets on while waiting for a call. They don’t give out VGH nowadays and it made me wonder why, missed the feeling and am a bit shocked with my pay hehehehe.
People not meeting the required call handling time will be placed on a sort of action plan w/c accdg. to them has 3 stages. If you’re on stage 3 (critical) then you’re butt’s out, my seat mate joked about it making some calculations and he said if worse comes to worst we’ll be out by February of next year.
Fine with me … nyahahaha … and they say losing a job is like death. The hell … its not like I can’t stand on my own. Maybe its time I start thinking of using my license to corrupt minds. Mom said if waking up and going to work is already such a drag why not resign? I was like I don’t have the guts to do it , there’s a few people am gonna miss if I leave and am not ready for that yet. Nyahahah … drama queen.
Guess I don’t need any guts at all … hehehe by Feb. it’ll be bye bye for me and welcome to fulltime freelance. I love it but it’d be nice to still see through our second year anniversary for my wave. They gave me an “award” yesterday along side other people … ‘twas cool but I think they made a freaking mistake. I was dumbfounded when they gave it out asked my TL what I’ve done to deserve it … was told why are you complaining? Am not, its just shocking … am not one of those good agents, I was at a point but not now and don’t see becoming one in the future nyahahaha … oh well but I got it , a picture frame w/c has an alarm clock and a wrist watch with the *toooooooooooot* logo on it. Which is by the way too big for my wrist … should have given it to a guy. My tl got one too and another team mate …
