Went over to Parisukat’s blog as usual … its like a routine for me to check on her see how she’s doin. What got instead of the usual header and music was a call undefined error on the database. There was a bunch of them, being the non-techy that I am didnt really understood them. What she said was (in my own words) the dark forces of Lord Voldemort is on the loose. A somewhat similar incident happened before, ’twas her adsense that got hacked … that was remedied but now … damn! Its the whole site, the username and password were changed, she cant log in herself when she’s the admin. Lots of fatal errors when you try to go to her site. Now she’s up but not fully running, she’s starting from scratch, as in Hello World! kind of scratch. Imagine the number of posts and comments losts, dunno if she’s able to back them all up but just cant imagine the number of hours she’ll have to spend to be fully operational.

The number of approved posts that she has which she’s not able to back up, I dunno, cant even begin to imagine what will happen. I suggested that she contact the admin of the various PPP where she’s got her blog approved, she’s worried that she’ll get banned. Am hoping againts hope that it wont come to that point, its not like she wanted what happened.

Some people are just too envious *sigh*, why cant they just create one of their own? Why ruin someone else’s hard work? Creeeepyyyyyy.

I lost my pc (since it crashed) but what happened to her blog is a much more disaster than mine. The number of posts she’s got on there not backed up is what am worried about. Dunno how she can recover 50% if not all of them.

Whoever’s doing it, wish they’d stop and start focusing all their “energy and time” to doin something more productive.

When to the mall earlier was on my way to a computer shop to check some stuff out when I pass by this travel agency which displays a bunch of posters of various tourists destinations from New York to Spain. What caught my eye was Museo del Prado (Prado Museum), must have been the name or the fact that its a museum. It caught me the same way the Louvre Museum in France did.

Must be the image on the poster, the way it was captured or the mystery it beholds. Who knows? Museums are magical for me, in the sense that it stores centuries of wisdom. Did a bit of research on the background of the museum and being in Madrid Spain, it boosts of one of the world’s finest collections of European art, from the 12th to the 19th century. Th best known display at the museum is Las Meninas by Velazquez. This Maestro was also responsible for bringing much of the museum’s fine collection of Italian masters to Spain. One of the things prospective travellers would take into cosideration would be accomodation, there are various hotels in Madrid ranging from 4 to 5 stars in terms of quality.

Another attraction in Spain (the wanderer in me is on the move again!!!), is La Boqueria a lage public market from La Rambla in Barcelona, Catalonia and is not far from the Liceu (the opera house in Barcelona). The market boosts of diverse selection of goods. Hotels in Barcelona, near the Liceu or in La Boqueria are not hard to find, being a tourist attraction.

La Boqueria

Overall, as same with France, there are rampant hotels in Spain too situated strategically in various tourists attractions so as to accomodate natives and foreigners alike either during the peak or the lean season.

Was talking to mom about some of the papers I saw in our drawer, came across her insurance plan finished sometime ago like a decade or so ago. It was a pension plan of some sort by one of the leading insurance firms in the area. Asked her about it and she said you gotta read the terms at the back of the papers so as to understand them. Looked at them and boom … were they not long and complicated and in tiny prints.

Whats the deal? Who would wanna read them in the first place? Came across this site about Insurance Marketing and got intrigued. Checked the site spent more than an hour reading then rereading and coming to a decision that if only all insurance agents visit it, it’d make a world of difference for them and their earnings and for their clients. Some agents actually beat around the bush when they try to market their insurance plans. They dont usually provide a possible quote but would go on rambling directly on the benefits without ever considering what the prospective client might need.

Here’s where Quote Auction come to the picture, for agents and agents in the making this is a good starting point. The great about them is not only do they offer $200 worth of free leads but they also offer free follow-up system for agents who does not have one. On the agent’s behalf they’d send an email to the client regarding the quote sent to them all at no cost.

A good starting point for agents novices and pro alike, tips all for free and definitely a must visit even for wanna be agents and prospective clients as well.
